Get results in days, not monthsResults in days, not monthsFlorida is not one market. A pool builder in Fort Myers, a family law office in Jacksonville, a dental group in Hialeah and a charter captain in the Keys all describe themselves as local businesses, and none of them is chasing the same customer. GetPhound builds the search pages, Google Maps listings, paid ads and websites for owners across the state, one region and one service area at a time. Plans start at $495 a month, month to month, with no setup fee and no contract.
The lay of the land
Drive from Pensacola to Key West and you cover roughly the distance from Pensacola to Chicago, and the customers change the whole way. The Panhandle leans on military families, beach rentals and a summer season that peaks when schools close. Tampa Bay and Orlando run on a mix of hospitals, theme parks, logistics and fast-growing suburbs. South Florida carries Spanish and Portuguese search, condominiums, international buyers and a boating economy. The northern counties around Gainesville and Ocala behave more like college towns and horse country than like beach resorts.
A marketing plan that ignores those differences ends up with ads aimed at the wrong county, landing pages that talk about a city the customer has never visited and a Google Business Profile that lists the wrong service area. We start by asking where your trucks, staff or patients really go, and then build outward from that map. If you only work Lee and Collier counties, nothing we do should spend a dollar in Duval.
Regional names are informal in Florida, and the borders blur. Locals disagree about where the Treasure Coast ends or whether Sarasota counts as Southwest Florida, so we describe your territory in counties and cities that a search engine can read, and use the local nicknames only where customers actually type them.
Regions
| Region | Places people name | What shapes buying |
|---|---|---|
| South Florida | Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach | Spanish-language search, condo and HOA buildings, boating, international and seasonal residents |
| Tampa Bay | Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Brandon, Bradenton | Healthcare, finance and logistics employers, storm-conscious homeowners, a growing set of suburbs |
| Orlando and Central Florida | Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Lake and Polk | Tourism payrolls, new construction, a large Puerto Rican community, visitors who search from a hotel |
| The First Coast | Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Fernandina Beach | Ports and logistics, military, banking and insurance offices, a beach-and-river lifestyle |
| Southwest Florida | Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, Bonita Springs | Winter residents, second homes, golf communities, a sharp summer slowdown |
| Space and Treasure Coasts | Melbourne, Titusville, Vero Beach, Port St. Lucie, Stuart | Aerospace employers, retirees, small marine and trade businesses spread along the Atlantic |
| The Panhandle | Pensacola, Destin, Panama City, Tallahassee | Military bases, state government, summer beach traffic, a rebuild-minded housing market |
| North Central Florida | Gainesville, Ocala, Lake City | University demand, horse farms, rural service areas that stretch across several counties |
| The Keys | Key Largo, Marathon, Key West | Tourism, fishing, diving, a single highway and a very small year-round population |
These are working names, not official borders. Your own customer list is the best map.

Monthly landing pages

Support pieces round out the plan: content, citations and local links, social media and lead handling. The full marketing guide shows how they fit together over a Florida year.
The Florida calendar
Most states have a busy season and a slow one. Florida has several overlapping ones, and they differ by county. In Southwest Florida and parts of the Atlantic coast, winter residents arrive in the cooler months and the phone fills with new-in-town searches for doctors, home services and restaurants. In the Keys and on the Panhandle beaches, the pull runs the other way, with school holidays and summer travel driving the calendar. Orlando keeps a steady flow of visitors with spikes around school breaks and holidays.
The Atlantic hurricane season runs from the first of June to the end of November, and it affects both demand and operations. Roofers, tree crews, restoration companies, generator installers and shutter suppliers see searches rise as storms form. Everyone else needs a plan for staying visible and reachable when power, phones or offices go down: updated hours on the Google profile, a website banner you can edit in minutes, and a way to reach customers who already know you. We keep this generic on purpose. We do not predict storms or promise anything about a given season.
Good planning means moving budgets and pages ahead of each wave instead of reacting after it passes. The marketing guide includes a month-by-month table you can adapt to your own region.
Who we work with
Cooling, roofing, pools, pest, lawn
Heat, humidity and storms create steady need. Searches come with a ZIP code and a sense of urgency.
Agents, condo managers, property inspectors
Buyers research from another state and condo associations compare vendors before a board vote.
Primary care, dental, specialty clinics
Patients new to the area need someone close, someone who takes their plan and someone who answers.
Family, injury, estate, accounting
Heavily regulated advertising and a heavy reliance on reviews and clear practice pages.
Boat repair, charters, dock builders
Inventory moves with the water and the weather. Photos and fishing reports do the selling.
Independent kitchens, inns, tour operators
Visitors choose from a phone screen in a car or a hotel lobby, often in a language other than English.
Senior care, financial planning, elder law
Adult children frequently do the research for a parent who lives in the state or is about to move there.
Remodelers, window installers, builders
Licensing, permits and product approvals are part of the sales conversation and belong on the page.
How we start
We ask which counties and cities you serve, which services earn the most and where your customers come from. Our CEO joins the conversation, not a salesperson.
We review your site, your Google Business Profile, your citations and any ads, and list what is missing, wrong or duplicated.
Seasonal peaks, storm-season needs and your slow months set the order of work. You see the plan before anything is published.
New pages, a corrected Google listing and the first tracking go out in stages. You approve anything technical, licensed or regulated.
We report on calls, forms and rankings in plain language, and adjust the next month from what the data shows.
Plans
Condos, HOAs and gated communities
Few states have as many condominium towers, homeowner associations and gated communities as the Sunshine State, and their boards buy services very differently from individual homeowners. A condo board comparing roofers, painters, elevator contractors or landscapers asks for licensing, insurance certificates, references from similar buildings and written proposals. A property manager may be the person actually searching, and may work for several associations at once.
That has a marketing consequence. If you sell to associations, your site needs a page written for boards and managers, with the documents they request, the kinds of buildings you have worked on and a way to ask for a proposal. Reviews from other managers matter more than reviews from homeowners. If you sell to individual owners in those communities, you also need to mention the rules they live with, such as approved colors, architectural review and work-hour limits, because those are real parts of the purchase.
For agencies and partners
Some of the people reading this are not business owners at all. They run a web studio in Orlando, a one-person consultancy in Sarasota or a print shop in Tampa whose customers keep asking about Google. We built separate pages for you. White label SEO and white label PPC cover how the work is delivered under your brand, and the reseller program explains the lighter referral route for people who would rather not manage the work themselves.
You keep the client relationship. We do the work in the background and report in a form you can present as your own. Pricing for those programs is on their own pages and is stated in US dollars.
City by city
This site works at the state and region level. For a single city, we also publish two separate libraries: a set of city guides on local search and a matching set on Google Ads. They cover individual Florida cities, from Miami and Tampa to Pensacola and Key West, and the advertising side has its own page for Orlando and many others. Use those when you want the neighborhood-level detail, and use this site when you want to understand how the pieces fit across counties.
Questions
Our plans are flat monthly fees: RankGuarantee™ landing pages at $495, Organic Growth SEO, Maps and AI search at $1,495, $2,495 or $3,495 depending on volume, and paid ads management starting at $895 for one platform. Ad spend is separate. There is no setup fee and no contract.
We work with businesses anywhere in the state. What matters is your service area. A business covering two counties gets a different plan from one covering a whole coast, and we price and build around the territory you actually serve.
Many markets here have large Spanish-speaking audiences, so bilingual pages and Spanish ad groups are often worth considering. Whether it makes sense depends on your customers. We talk through it on the first call rather than assuming.
Plan for two things: visibility and continuity. Keep your Google Business Profile hours current, have a website banner ready to edit and know how you will reach customers if power is out. We help with the digital side and leave emergency planning to the professionals.
Yes. Our white label SEO and PPC services and our reseller program were built for agencies, consultants and freelancers. You own the client and the brand, and we do the work behind the scenes.
Timelines vary with competition, your site and your territory, and we do not promise dates or rankings. A reasonable expectation is steady, measured progress that we report on every month, with ads producing data sooner than search pages do.
That is fine. Some owners start with a Google Business Profile cleanup or a single ads campaign, then add pieces later. Everything is month to month.
