Get results in days, not monthsResults in days, not monthsYou built the relationship. Your client trusts you with the website, the brand and the budget, and now they want to know why they are not showing up in Google when someone in their county searches. White label SEO lets you answer that without hiring a team. You sell it as your own service, and we do the work behind the scenes and give you reports you can present under your name. All prices on this page are in US dollars.
Who this is for
Florida has a deep bench of small agencies. There are web studios in Orlando and Tampa that build good sites but have never run a search campaign, social media shops in Miami that get asked about Google every week, solo consultants in Sarasota with a book of dental and law clients, and design firms in Jacksonville that hear "can you also do SEO" once a month. Most cannot justify a full-time hire for a service a few clients use, and few want to turn a customer away.
That is the sweet spot. You keep the relationship, set your own price and decide how to describe the service. We handle research, page creation, listing work and reporting, behind the scenes. You never have to explain to a client why a page was not indexed yet, but you will get what you need to explain it if you want to.
How it works
You decide the package and the price. We never contact your client and we never mention our name unless you ask us to.
Business name, website access, the counties and cities the client serves, the services that earn the most and any compliance rules.
We review the site, the Google Business Profile and the local landscape, then prepare a plan you can review.
Landing pages are researched and written around real services and places, in volume, with your approval where you want it.
Rankings, indexing and traffic are tracked for the client's real searches.
Reports arrive in a form you can put your logo on and share with the client.
Pricing
| Item | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Setup | $1,250 | Covers up to about 1,000 landing pages for a client |
| Monthly fee | $300 a month | Starts once 100 or more keywords are on page 1 |
| Minimum | Two clients | To start the program |
| Volume discount | Ten percent off at 10 or more clients | Applies to the program rates |
| Larger volume discount | Twenty percent off at 20 or more clients | Applies to the program rates |
The monthly fee is results-based as a billing fact: it begins once 100 or more keywords are on page 1. It is not a promise that any client will reach that point or by when.
Quality control
Volume is only valuable when pages deserve to exist. Each landing page we build for your client is tied to a service and a place, includes something true about that place, and is checked against the rest of the client's pages so they do not repeat each other. We limit the number of pages to what a client's service area can honestly support, and we talk with you before adding territory a client does not work. We do not host the pages for you. They live on your client's site or on a platform you agree on.
For regulated clients, such as dental, medical, legal and financial offices, the client must check the advertising rules that apply to them, and we flag anything that touches those rules. We do not invent reviews, awards or statistics, and we do not make claims we cannot support. That conservative approach is part of what keeps a client's pages safe over time.
Your margin
We set what you pay. You decide what your client pays. Some agencies fold the service into a monthly retainer. Others sell it as a separate line. A few price it per location. Because the setup and monthly structure is fixed and public, you can work out your margin before you pitch, which is rare in this business.
A practical note on the billing model. Since the monthly fee begins only after a client has 100 or more keywords on page 1, the early months carry setup and your own costs. Plan your own pricing so it does not depend on those first months generating profit. We recommend agencies cover their own account management and reporting time in what they charge the client rather than counting on the later fee to carry everything.
Florida angles
Winter residents and summer lulls
Clients in coastal and resort markets want to know what happens to traffic when the season changes, and what the plan is for the slow months.
Multi-city service areas
A roofer or pool route spanning three counties needs pages for each town, not a single service area page.
Bilingual questions
In several markets, clients ask whether to add Spanish pages. We advise case by case; it should be real Spanish, not machine translation.
Continuity
Clients ask how pages and profiles are kept accurate if they close for a storm. We give general guidance and leave emergency planning to professionals.
Compliance
Medical, dental, legal and home-trade clients must check their own boards on advertising rules. We write carefully and route wording for approval.
Group decisions
Vendors who sell to boards need pages written for managers and committees.
What you receive
A report is only useful if a client can read it. Ours describe what was built, what was indexed, which searches are moving and what happens next, in plain language. We include the numbers that matter to a business owner, such as calls and form fills where tracking exists, and we avoid vanity metrics. You can add your logo and your own commentary, or present them as they are.
We do not promise that any keyword will rank or that any client will reach any number by any date. We report what happened and what we are doing about it. That honesty protects you when a client asks a hard question in month four.
Responsibilities
| Task | You | Us |
|---|---|---|
| Selling the service and owning the relationship | Yes | No |
| Collecting client details and approvals | Yes | We prepare the questions |
| Research, page creation and listing work | Review as you wish | Yes |
| Tracking and reporting | Present to the client | Yes |
| Client billing | Yes | No |
| Compliance review for regulated fields | Client and their counsel | We draft carefully and flag |
Pitching it
The fastest way to lose a client is to promise a ranking. The fastest way to keep one is to describe the work honestly, show them what is being built and report on it in language they follow. A good pitch to a Florida business owner starts with their territory. Which counties do you serve? Which towns send you the best work? Which services do you want more of? Then it explains that new pages take time to be found, that Google profile and review work often moves sooner and that the plan is to build steadily and report monthly.
Seasonality belongs in the conversation. A client in a winter-resident market should expect traffic to follow the calendar. A client in a storm-prone county should know that a hurricane can interrupt both demand and operations, and that the plan includes keeping pages and listings accurate. Setting those expectations early makes the later conversations calmer.
Put the monthly fee, the setup and what is included in writing, in your own words, and make sure the client knows who to call. We stay behind the scenes, so you need to be the one who answers.
Before day one
| Item | Why we need it |
|---|---|
| Business name, address, phone and hours exactly as they should appear | Consistency across pages and listings |
| Website access or an agreed way to publish pages | So landing pages can go live |
| Counties, cities and neighborhoods served | The map pages are built around |
| Services ranked by profit | So pages go first where they matter most |
| Licence and insurance details where relevant | Trust information shown accurately |
| Compliance rules for regulated clients | Wording is routed for approval |
| Any existing listings, ads or agency history | So we find problems early |
Illustrative situations
Many towns
The plan leans on location pages, a corrected Google profile and review requests tied to each area.
Depth over breadth
The plan emphasizes service pages, reviews and clear practice descriptions, with compliance review of wording.
Visitors planning ahead
The plan emphasizes trip-planning pages, accurate seasonal hours and content that answers visitor questions.
These are examples of how we think, not descriptions of real clients.

Yes, as much as you want. Many agencies approve high-stakes pages and let routine ones go out on a schedule.
Yes, with care. The client must check their own board's advertising rules, and we flag anything risky for review.
After a short call and the client details, we begin the audit. Timing depends on how fast information and access arrive.
